• Monitor the marketplace to disseminate critical market intelligence to client groups.

Requirements

• 7+ years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record recruiting for exempt, technical, and management level positions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using traditional and social media methods.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must be based in the Los Angeles, California area for hybrid office attendance.
