Associate Project Manager (Remote)

Location: Fully remote; travel as needed for client work

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 base salary with bonus potential

What you will do

• Coordinate project activities across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, decisions, and status updates.
• Track hours, milestones, deliverables, scope, quality, cost, and timing, escalating variances to PMO leadership.
• Prepare client and internal meeting agendas, document decisions, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Build relationships with consultants, project managers, internal teams, and external clients.
• Take ownership of smaller or lower-complexity projects as experience grows.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, consulting, professional services, or a related client-facing environment.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including schedules, risks, issues, action items, scope, budgets, and status reporting.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, follow-through, and judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Comfort working with project data, budgets, spreadsheets, collaboration tools, and status reporting.
• Ability to work fully remotely and travel as needed for client work.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• CAPM certification or progress toward a project management certification.
• Experience with HCM, WFM, HR technology, SaaS, or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience working with UKG products.
