Senior Project Manager

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the United States

What you will do

• Manage hosted managed services platform projects from the initial sales cycle through requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Define and control project scope, including business requirements, statements of work, change requests, impact assessments, and costs.
• Develop integrated project plans, manage critical-path activities, and create contingency plans for short- and long-term delivery.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders, internal managers, product leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate customer acceptance testing, use cases, success metrics, punch-list resolution, change management, and final approval.

Requirements

• College or university degree.
• 6+ years of external client-facing technical project management experience with large financial services clients.
• 6+ years of experience working for a SaaS-based software solutions company.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience managing large and complex projects, tightly controlling scope, and supporting pre-sales and business process consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solution business value and foster collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Customer Communications Management solutions or managed services software.
• Experience in large retail banking or insurance environments.
• Additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with AWS, Linear, and Salesforce.
