What you will do

• Own digital demand generation strategy across paid media and integrated campaigns.
• Lead and develop the Paid Media, Campaign, and Content Operations team.
• Drive qualified lead generation, marketing-sourced pipeline, and revenue contribution.
• Optimize the Lead-to-MQL-to-SQO funnel, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
• Manage acquisition across Search, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Field and Event Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Revenue Operations to maximize pipeline impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success generating measurable pipeline and revenue through paid media and integrated campaigns.
• Strong analytical, attribution, and complex funnel optimization skills.
• Experience with modern marketing technology and CRM platforms.
• Experience applying AI to demand generation workflows; hands-on experience with agentic AI or autonomous marketing systems is strongly desirable.
