What you will do

• Lead the AI Platform Enablement function, owning the roadmap, delivery, and operational strategy.
• Define and execute the strategy for a governed internal AI environment, including developer workspaces and secure gateway patterns.
• Partner with engineering, security, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure the platform is secure, auditable, and scalable.
• Drive adoption programs using structured training, reusable templates, starter kits, and rollout playbooks.
• Establish success metrics for platform usage, onboarding, adoption, and delivery velocity.
• Lead and grow a high-performing technical team while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, platforms, or enterprise technology functions.
• Proven people leadership experience managing managers or senior individual contributors.
• Strong understanding of AI platform enablement, developer productivity, and secure-by-design operating models.
• Experience with cloud developer workspaces, API gateways, CI/CD, IAM, or observability.
• Track record of combining platform strategy with change management and scaled rollouts.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global teams.
• Experience scaling internal AI development platforms or governed GenAI environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Coder, Kong, GitLab, and Okta.
• Background in platform engineering, developer experience, or digital workplace transformation.
