Compensation: $100k - 120k + Bonus

What you will do

• Develop KPIs and utilize Tableau or Power BI to track productivity and model supply chain scenarios.
• Redesign workflows to identify inefficiencies, maximize throughput, and minimize operational costs.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of supply chain technologies such as ERP, WMS, and automation tools.
• Own and sequence the AI roadmap across demand forecasting, supply planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and standardize best practices across sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close operational gaps and support compliance and performance audits.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant role within the beverage or CPG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced MS Excel (Macros, Access Database).
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and EDI.
• Comfort with AI concepts, ML models, and ERP/WMS/TMS systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 25% for supplier visits and team off-sites.
