What you will do

• Manage pharmaceutical contracting, compliance, and vendor relationships to optimize pharmacy spend.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses, benchmarking, and data-driven reporting to monitor financial programs.
• Collaborate with acute pharmacy leaders and internal stakeholders to increase contract penetration and member value.
• Facilitate member education on product usage and cost efficiencies.
• Monitor the sales cycle for suppliers and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Support GPO operational functions and identify new contracting opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of applicable experience in supply chain or pharmacy operations.
• Knowledge of pharmacy purchasing functions (Inpatient, Outpatient, Specialty, Retail).
• Experience with 340B Pharmacy Operations.
• Must be based in the US (Travel 1-20% within the US required).
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong expertise in pharmacy contracting and hospital pharmacy.
• Advanced skills in analysis and forecasting.
