What you will do

• Identify and engage healthcare providers to expand the network through targeted outreach.
• Guide providers through the contracting process, including education on terms and requirements.
• Prepare, route, and track standard agreements while ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines.
• Analyze market data and provider information to support negotiations and resolve contracting challenges.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Credentialing, Finance, and Market teams to drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status tracking within internal systems.

Requirements

• Must be located in Kansas, Texas, Illinois, Washington, or Oregon
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or provider contracting
• Understanding of Medicare Advantage programs
• Background in sales, business development, or relationship management
