What you will do

• Maintain demand forecasts and supply tracking models, translating commercial pipeline signals into procurement requests.
• Track hardware orders through to delivery and manage logistics and import/export issues.
• Develop AI-driven automations and scripts to streamline repetitive workflows like data reconciliation and reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards for finance and infrastructure teams to track supply chain metrics.
• Perform capital efficiency analysis to reduce excess inventory and stranded spend.
• Coordinate with GPU vendors and OEMs to ensure hardware readiness for datacenter launches.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or procurement operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (analytical modeling) and SQL for working with operational datasets.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for scripting and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of hardware lifecycle basics in capital-intensive environments.
• Experience managing OEM or hardware vendor relationships and logistics coordination.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) and SCM systems (SAP, Anaplan, or NetSuite).
