What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory weighing equipment at customer sites.
• Support installations, repairs, equipment modernization, and upgrade projects.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and provide application and technical support to customers and sales teams.
• Resolve first-line customer complaints and invoicing issues while maintaining accurate service documentation.
• Promote service and product opportunities by submitting sales leads.
• Maintain the company vehicle and assigned parts inventory in a clean, organized, and compliant condition.

Requirements

• Two-year college diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or Instrumentation Technology, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or technical installation involving laboratory or industrial electronics.
• Proficiency with PCs, smartphones, mobile applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus the ability to learn proprietary software.
• Ability to lift and transport test weights and equipment up to 20 kg; equipment testing may require moving up to 300 kg in 20 kg increments.
• Valid driver’s abstract, willingness to work overtime, flexible hours, and rotational on-call standby are required.
• Availability to travel to the USA for training twice per year is required.
