Salary: CAD $65,000 - $75,000

What you will do

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of complex electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
• Manage parts inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain necessary tools and test equipment.
• Provide onsite training and professional development for less experienced Field Engineers.
• Handle administrative duties including record keeping and reporting of maintenance activities.
• Act as the primary technical point of communication between technical support, management, and the customer.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a field service environment.
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment is a must.
• Proficiency in French and English (both oral and written).
• Working knowledge of electronic principles, PC systems, and networking.
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate Degree or technical certificate preferred.
• Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to obtain Gaming Licenses in required jurisdictions.

Nice to have

• Experience with solenoids, belts, rollers, bearings, pneumatics, and guides.
