Equipment Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift

Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada (onsite, weekend shift). All applicants must comply with the CGP (Controlled Goods Program).

What you will do

• Follow procedures for preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic equipment and read schematics.
• Assist in process improvement projects for preventive maintenance.
• Set priorities based on deadlines and report issues for corrective action.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Train and guide less experienced technicians.

Requirements

• French required and functional level of technical English.
• College Diploma (DEC) in Electronic/Electrotechnics or relevant industrial electronics experience.
• Ability to read designs, engineering sketches, and checklists.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments, manual tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with vacuum equipment.
• Good manual dexterity, visual acuity, and ability to wear respirator mask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics equipment, semiconductor, or cleanroom environments.
