What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for the installation, maintenance, upgrades, and repair of medical devices.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and service-related issues.
• Instruct and train clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment.
• Maintain detailed client service logs and prepare product failure analysis reports for engineering teams.

Requirements

• College or University degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
• Bilingual English/French proficiency required.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
• Availability for up to 90% travel within Quebec.
