Location: This position is to be based in London, Ontario. Field service role with customer site visits and regional travel. Ability to travel internationally (Passport required). Valid driver’s license required.

Salary: CAD 62,000 - 71,000 + commission

What you will do

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair services at customer sites using proper tools and procedures.
• Assist with equipment installation projects in collaboration with the Lead Technician.
• Maintain and renew service contracts, identify new opportunities, and close proposals.
• Document activities, manage expenses and inventory, and protect company assets.
• Participate in training, ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and hirify.global personnel; provide on-call availability where applicable.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-volume field service.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, resources, and achieve service quotas in assigned territory.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Compliance with regulations, excellent work ethics, and teamwork abilities.
