Inside Sales Representative (Insurance)

Location: Remote for full-time hourly employees residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commissions; the most successful team members typically earn $100,000+ annually.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal-lines auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Educate customers about coverage options, policy details, and pricing.
• Prepare and bind insurance quotes through carrier partners.
• Resolve problems and handle objections that may prevent customers from purchasing.
• Match each customer with suitable coverage from hirify.global’s portfolio of more than 55 insurance carriers.
• Maintain attentive, energetic conversations focused on each customer’s needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a high-performing sales agent.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for helping customers.
• Must currently reside in one of the eligible U.S. states: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
• Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license within approximately two weeks after starting; hirify.global covers the licensing cost.
