• Lead the pharma and life sciences key account portfolio and build trusted client relationships.
• Develop new business and secure repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee strategic client projects and deliver cost management outcomes within contractual performance measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Mentor, develop, and lead employees toward high performance and strong client value.

Requirements

• 15+ years of construction experience, including cost management.
• Pre- and post-contract cost management experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered status; RICS membership is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence leading client meetings.
