What you will do

• Lead business development efforts including strategy, prospect identification, and proposal preparation.
• Oversee project execution, including budgeting, invoicing, and commercial management.
• Manage and mentor project teams, providing coaching and performance improvement guidance.
• Interact with clients to promote services and ensure project goals align with schedule and budget.
• Support the development of market business plans and client engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with internal technical and management resources to expand market footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 20+ years of active water/wastewater experience in the industrial sector.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial metrics, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
