What you will do
- Standardize the operating model for client intake, requirement gathering, and product implementation.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear execution plans, process documentation, and delivery artifacts.
- Manage resource assignments, dependencies, and delivery commitments to prevent overcommitment.
- Act as a gatekeeper for new requests, ensuring technical and product leadership review for complex dependencies.
- Partner with agency and client delivery teams to define implementation steps and ensure consistent project handoffs.
- Lead and mentor the PMO team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and inclusive collaboration.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in the life sciences industry.
- Bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Project Management.
