What you will do

• Lead and oversee life science facility projects across the full delivery lifecycle, including design, preconstruction, construction administration, and CQV.
• Act as the principal project representative, managing client relationships, project delivery, scope, resources, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Develop project delivery strategies, scopes of work, proposals, and project controls.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams while mentoring project management staff.
• Support business development through client outreach, presentations, technical committees, and securing new projects.
• Drive quality standards, resource planning, communications, and continuous improvement across the project delivery community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Previous experience providing project management services to clients and leading multiple life science projects.
• Strong understanding of project execution methodologies for cGMP life science facilities and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, leadership, and people skills.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites and meet project and company requirements as needed.
