What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the hirify.global Cloud Platform, replacing the current Customer Portal.
• Define platform architecture strategy, focusing on a central API layer and authentication/identity approach.
• Lead the integration of key product surfaces, including threat intelligence, AI, and compliance reporting.
• Manage artifact delivery, fleet management, and product subscription entitlement features.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to align on integration boundaries and a consistent API surface.
• Engage with customers to validate use cases and track platform KPIs such as adoption and time-to-value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise SaaS platforms or cloud products.
• Strong understanding of cloud platform and API architecture, including multi-tenant SaaS delivery.
• Proven experience leading platform consolidation or portal replacement projects.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and backend workflows.
• Track record of shipping successful products and managing outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with fleet or device management and compliance reporting in enterprise SaaS.
• Direct experience with OT/ICS cybersecurity on either the customer or provider side.
