Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Owning the product direction for a new code security suite including SAST, SCA, and DAST with an accent on competitive positioning and technical tradeoff reasoning. Focus on shipping a high-quality bundle from zero to launch and coordinating a PLG GTM strategy.

Location: Remote (Global). The company hires globally via direct engagement or EOR partners.

Salary: $130k – $180k (US national baseline)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and sequencing for code security bundles, prioritizing features across need and want tiers.
• Make rapid scope tradeoff calls under deadline pressure to ensure timely shipping.
• Collaborate with design on mock-ups and engineering leadership on technical dependencies.
• Run design partner programs and customer interviews to validate priorities.
• Define the competitive bar for modules by comparing them against industry incumbents.
• Coordinate the free tier and Product Hunt launch plan and partner on AI-powered features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in security, developer tools, or technical SaaS.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one product against a named competitor.
• Ability to read SARIF files, scanner outputs, and other technical data independently.
• Strong tradeoff reasoning and communication skills across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in fast-moving startup environments.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for global collaboration.
