Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading the platform product portfolio to ensure NodeZero is enterprise-ready, extensible, and reliable at scale with an accent on platform performance, reliability, and operational excellence. Focus on defining platform strategy, managing integrations and agentic workflows, and driving cross-functional execution to support enterprise growth.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, New York City, or Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Salary: $178,000 - $220,000

hirify.global is a cybersecurity company providing autonomous pentesting and assessment solutions to help organizations proactively identify and verify exploitable attack vectors.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for the platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and enterprise readiness.
  • Define and manage the roadmap for platform performance, including SLAs, SLOs, and system health metrics.
  • Oversee enterprise governance features such as RBAC, SSO/SCIM, and multi-tenancy.
  • Partner with Engineering and SRE teams to drive operational excellence and system stability.
  • Engage with strategic customers and partners to validate designs and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform capabilities meet the needs of feature teams and the broader security ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, specifically with platform or infrastructure products.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing reliability and performance domains, including incident management.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-making capability with experience defining operational metrics.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
