What you will do

• Design and document functional specifications and create actionable mockups and user stories.
• Collaborate daily with developers to ensure accurate implementation of features.
• Define and refine the OpenCTI product roadmap in coordination with the Product Manager.
• Support Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams in leveraging platform features.
• Prioritize user pain points and define scenarios for specific use cases.
• Improve and animate product management methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Incident Response, Case Management (CSIRT/CERT, CTI, or SOC).
• Proven ability to translate complex user needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced growth environments such as startups or scale-ups.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong interest in AI and proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools (LLMs, automation) to improve productivity.
• Fluent English proficiency.
