Location: On-site in Washington Court House, Ohio, United States

Salary: $24–$31 per hour

hirify.global is a manufacturing company whose DIS-TRAN Steel division produces steel structures through welding and fitting operations.

What you will do

• Position, align, and weld steel parts into complete structures according to blueprints and layout specifications.
• Perform the welds required for fabricated structures with speed, accuracy, and consistent quality.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, torches, hand tools, and power tools.
• Inspect steel and completed workpieces to verify that specifications are met.
• Move parts safely using manual methods, hoists, and cranes.
• Follow safe work practices and operate safety equipment.

Requirements

• Experience as a welder, preferably with GMAW, or relevant welding certification.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and layout specifications.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to operate or prior experience with cranes and other moving machinery is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must pass a site weld test.
