What you will do

• Read blueprints and technical drawings to assemble mechanical components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, forklifts, cranes, and material-handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and document corrective actions.
• Maintain production records and meet daily manufacturing targets.
• Support basic maintenance and collaborate with engineering and electrical teams.
• Follow plant standards for safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience using hand tools and operating forklifts.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical systems and safe work practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Overhead crane certification or practical experience.
• Mechanical fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
