What you will do

• Review and follow blueprints, diagrams, procedures, and work instructions for enclosure-building assemblies.
• Assemble sheet metal panels for enclosure doors, walls, roofs, and trusses.
• Install electrical components and wiring using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform quality checks, identify defects, and document and report issues.
• Maintain workstation inventory, tools, parts, cleanliness, and safe working conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience wiring or installing electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering diagrams, and written instructions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with tape measures, impact drills, wire crimpers, and similar tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive assembly tasks, lift up to 35 pounds, distinguish wire colors, and wear required PPE.
