Salary: $18.59–$25.10 per hour.

What you will do

• Review blueprints, diagrams, procedures, and work instructions for enclosure building assemblies.
• Assemble sheet metal panels for doors, walls, roofs, and trusses.
• Use power tools and hand tools, including drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, and grinders.
• Perform quality assurance checks, identify defects, and report issues.
• Maintain workstation supplies, tools, parts, and a clean and safe production area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in assembly, construction, or manufacturing.
• Experience safely operating powered equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, scissor lifts, or overhead cranes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, engineering diagrams, and written instructions.
• Basic math, measurement, tool-handling, equipment maintenance, and safety knowledge.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, perform repetitive tasks, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds; PPE is required on the production floor.
