Product Operations Manager (Healthtech)

Location: Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines with core overlap with US Pacific business hours required.

Compensation: $3,500 - $4,000 USD/month

What you will do

• Gather requirements and business logic from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define acceptance criteria and establish clear definitions of done for every feature.
• Drive product launches from testing through release and post-launch measurement.
• Serve as the single source of truth for requirements, decisions, and delivery.
• Aggressively utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation, meeting synthesis, and workflow automation.
• Maintain internal feedback loops to ensure team speed and precision.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience in product operations, program management, or comparable execution-focused roles.
• Demonstrated experience writing requirements documentation and defining acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on proficiency with project management tools like Linear, Jira, or Asana.
• Daily, demonstrable use of AI tools for documentation and workflow automation.
• Background in health tech, digital health, or clinical operations.
• C1+ English proficiency for precise cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience at a seed or pre-Series A startup.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end product launches and training.
• Experience running post-launch A/B testing and performance tracking.
