Insurance Sales Agent (Insurance)

Location: Fully remote, available only to full-time hourly employees residing in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commissions; the most successful team members typically earn $100,000+ per year.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal lines insurance.
• Educate customers about coverage options, policy details, and pricing.
• Prepare and bind quotes through hirify.global’s carrier partners.
• Handle objections and solve customer issues that may prevent policy purchase.
• Maintain attentive, energetic conversations focused on each customer’s individual needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong customer-focused communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current residence in one of the eligible U.S. states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
• Willingness to obtain a property and casualty license within approximately two weeks after starting; hirify.global pays for the license.
