Logistics Specialist II

Location: Fully onsite at the Portsmouth, New Hampshire facility, United States. Bi-weekly night schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.: Week 1—Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Week 2—Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

What you will do

• Execute SAP transactions for goods receipt, stock put-away, order fulfillment, transfer order creation, and material movement.
• Complete Syncade activities covering receipt, movement, adjustments, allocations, weighing and dispensing, scrapping, and inventory.
• Handle and ship pharmaceutical products and materials domestically and internationally in support of Manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and required documentation, checking work for compliance before execution.
• Use DMS and Trackwise systems and support additional departmental logistics activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and use technical systems, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and Syncade.
• Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow assigned procedures, obtain required qualifications, and understand cGMP requirements.
• Willingness to learn from experience and take on new challenges.
