Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States; travel of up to 25% may be required for training and support at other office locations.
Salary: $29.15–$43.73 per hour USD.

What you will do
- Perform mechanical maintenance, diagnosis, assembly, modification, and repair of electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using supplied hardware, software, oscilloscopes, and related tools.
- Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics using appropriate hand tools and rework techniques.
- Flash and re-flash automotive control modules and work with CAN bus systems.
- Validate driver-assistance, ADAS, autonomous vehicle, and electric vehicle system functionality.
- Document findings, follow work instructions, maintain an organized workspace, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and at least two years of employment experience.
- Professional vehicle maintenance or repair experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes or PicoScopes, electrical and electronic systems, and autonomous control systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, compliant driving record, and ability to pass required driving, drug, and criminal background screenings.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Experience with autonomous vehicle or active safety equipment installation, repair, replacement, or operation.
- Familiarity with vehicle integration software and data collection.
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
