What you will do

• Build data-driven, repeatable verification processes with internal and external manufacturing partners.
• Perform build-based troubleshooting and debugging to isolate hardware and software failures within subsystems.
• Design and implement proactive corrective and preventive measures for primary failure modes.
• Conduct hands-on diagnostics and repairs across electrical, software, and mechanical systems.
• Drive engineering verification programs using rigorous analysis tools to meet performance standards.
• Collaborate on cross-functional integration events to provide Design-For-Manufacturing and Design-For-Test feedback.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, or a related industry.
• Hands-on proficiency with automotive electronics and communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN).
• Experience leading integration or development programs and driving teams to deliver results.
• Strong ability to write detailed technical documentation and lead cross-functional design reviews.
• Ability to satisfy U.S. person status or citizenship requirements if needed for national security-related restrictions.
