What you will do

• Ensure all operations follow rigorous safety guidelines and foster a culture of safety.
• Monitor vehicle health using company tools and document mechanical issues for the engineering team.
• Coordinate daily logistics, track site performance metrics, and handle operational escalations.
• Coach, train, and certify Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) through ride-alongs and quality assessments.
• Test software changes with a focus on safety and provide clear feedback to developers.
• Represent the company during site visits and demonstrations for external parties.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Google Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, TX, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field.
• Prior experience in operations or logistics.
