Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in or work from one of 's offices at least 3 days per week: Bozeman, Coppell, Livonia, Louisville, Mountain View, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, or Seattle.
Salary: $35.75 - $51.75 per hour

What you will do
- Perform diagnostics, execute test-plans, and carry out vehicle upgrades in collaboration with Software and Hardware teams.
- Maintain and repair complex mechanical and electrical components of the Driver.
- Document findings and escalate critical data through internal processes.
- Build and set up test rigs for mechanical and electrical testing across multiple teams.
- Fabricate parts and jigs for prototypes using tools like drill presses and saws.
- Develop and implement improved workshop standards and protocols.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of OEM Technician experience.
- 1-3 years of experience with Autonomous Vehicles (AV) or Electric Vehicles (EV).
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and a logical troubleshooting approach.
- Proficiency with JIRA.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with CAN bus issues.
- Direct manufacturing and prototyping experience.
- Prior experience specifically with autonomous vehicles.
