What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings to offer closing across multiple roles.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines and bench talent for current and future contracts.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders on role requirements, timelines, and strategy.
  • Support proposal efforts by engaging candidates for contingent offers.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity, track metrics, and report on pipeline health and hiring progress.
  • Identify risks, escalate blockers, and contribute to recruiting process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or blended).
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and build stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience supporting government contracting, federal, or proposal-based recruiting.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience recruiting in technology industry.
  • Experience with contingent offers, pipeline recruiting, or pre-award hiring.
  • Familiarity with labor category mapping or structured hiring frameworks.
  • Experience with ClearCompany ATS.
