What you will do

• Pursue full contractual reimbursement on behalf of members.
• Obtain claim status via phone or internet and resolve accounts accurately.
• Conduct investigative follow-up by contacting patients, insurance carriers, and claim adjusters.
• Manage claim appeals and respond to insurance carrier inquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on denials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain SLA metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle medical billing or relevant schooling.
• Ability to adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with insurance carriers and patients.
