What you will do

• Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams developing AI-enabled software systems.
• Manage technical performance, staffing, cost control, schedules, and contract execution.
• Integrate AI, large language models, automated code generation, and intelligent testing into development workflows.
• Coordinate technical strategy with government stakeholders and mission partners.
• Track program metrics, improve award fee performance, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and retain specialists across AI/ML, software development, DevSecOps, and CNO capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, information security, or Computer Network Operations.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience leading Agile software development teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
• Technical fluency with Python, C/C++, JavaScript or PHP, containerization, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience implementing AI/ML, large language models, or generative AI in software development.
• Background as a software engineer or technical lead in vulnerability research, reverse engineering, malware analysis, or CNO development.
• Experience automating development workflows and improving mission readiness.
