What you will do

• Lead alignment between Engineering, Operations, Solutions, Product, and GTM stakeholders to ensure shared milestones and OKRs.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex programs, including defining scope, building schedules, and mitigating risks.
• Establish a single source of truth for program status via clear documentation and high-impact executive updates.
• Navigate ambiguity to establish structure, processes, and scalable frameworks in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Perform tactical execution, ranging from managing hardware release schedules to auditing data.
• Optimize collaboration between Eng and Ops teams by implementing new tools and communication cadences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Product Manager, or Lead Engineer managing complex technical programs.
• Proven success managing programs that span both R&D/engineering and operational environments.
• Strong technical foundation to actively participate in architecture reviews and evaluate HW/SW trade-offs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering complex robotics, mechatronics, or autonomous vehicle systems.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
• Deep familiarity with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a technical field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
