What you will do

• Drive critical operational processes for industrial partnerships and robotics initiatives.
• Improve processes and operational tools across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers.
• Build feedback loops connecting frontline operations, product, strategy, and customers.
• Create, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting for company leaders.
• Provide data that supports operational planning and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Industry experience in supply chain, financial planning, operations, or a top-tier consulting firm.
• Undergraduate degree in an analytics-heavy field such as Engineering or Economics, and/or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Experience leading day-to-day activities and improving operational processes.
• Strong analytical, planning, and process improvement capabilities.
• Action-oriented approach with creative problem-solving and strong execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience reading SQL or another database language.
• Experience with Python or Mode Notepad scripting.
