What you will do

• Translate complex technical requirements from ML, Platform, and Infrastructure engineering into detailed program plans with clear milestones.
• Manage project schedules and identify dependencies across teams to ensure on-time delivery of program deliverables.
• Partner with engineering and product leads on technical strategy development and resource planning.
• Design and iterate on best practices for operational excellence, including incident management and leading post-mortems.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and progress toward shared goals.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years specifically in Technical Program or Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency with SaaS products like Jira and a basic understanding of SQL.
• Experience in iterative, fast-paced weekly release environments using Agile and Scrum processes.
• Eligibility to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
