What you will do

• Drive program strategy and execution across multiple concurrent engineering initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and product leads to define objectives, success metrics, and milestones.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and blockers proactively to maintain delivery momentum.
• Facilitate quarterly PI planning cycles and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Lead continuous improvement of program management processes using AI tools for automation.
• Communicate program progress and impacts clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management in technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of building programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing 5+ concurrent strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency with Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for operational automation.
