Salary: $185,000 – $200,000 USD / $175,000 – $200,000 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with Strategic Account Directors to showcase platform capabilities and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Design AI-driven digital consumer experiences that redefine healthcare and benefits delivery.
• Architect solutions that connect platform capabilities to business drivers such as service automation and population health.
• Create live demos, presentations, and mock-ups to visualize how AI-powered agent teams enhance the health experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to build, launch, and scale customer experiences.
• Influence go-to-market strategy and lead technical evaluations for RFPs/RFIs.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• 10-15+ years of total professional experience.
• Expertise in leading solution architecture for AI-native or AI-integrated healthcare IT and patient engagement solutions.
• Direct technical experience with AI/ML solutions.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to bring innovations to market through the GTM lifecycle.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience in sales, business development, or strategy consulting.
• Master's Degree.
• Background in Product Management, Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
