What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term architecture strategy for GTM systems and enterprise business platforms.
• Design scalable architectures across CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing, support, and analytics ecosystems.
• Own enterprise integration patterns between Salesforce and other internal or external platforms.
• Lead AI and agentic systems strategy, implementing AI-native workflows and intelligent orchestration.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and platform best practices.
• Mentor senior developers and systems engineers to reduce technical debt and improve scalability.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, CRM platforms, or GTM technology.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce architecture and enterprise platform design.
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, and distributed systems.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, or agentic systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, or Technical Architect).
• Experience with AI platforms, LLM orchestration, or enterprise AI governance.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or AI-native technology environments.
• Familiarity with Workato, Zapier, Snowflake, or dbt ecosystems.
