What you will do

• Drive end-to-end solution design and architecture for Agentforce-powered user experiences.
• Lead requirement gathering and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce platform strategies.
• Architect implementations across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and GenAI-driven platforms.
• Create robust roadmaps that enable clients to achieve both short-term wins and strategic long-term goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design business processes and optimize system performance.
• Provide expert advisory services and coach junior technical team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
• Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Proven ability to implement GenAI solutions or Agentforce/Einstein platforms.
• Strong experience with GenAI prompt writing and optimizing business processes.

• Experience defining robust testing approaches for Generative AI solutions.
