What you will do
- Drive end-to-end solution design and architecture for Agentforce-powered user experiences.
- Lead requirement gathering and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce platform strategies.
- Architect implementations across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and GenAI-driven platforms.
- Create robust roadmaps that enable clients to achieve both short-term wins and strategic long-term goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design business processes and optimize system performance.
- Provide expert advisory services and coach junior technical team members.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
- Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Proven ability to implement GenAI solutions or Agentforce/Einstein platforms.
- Strong experience with GenAI prompt writing and optimizing business processes.
