Associate Instructional Designer

Location: Virtual role based in Serbia, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

What you will do

• Create and deliver self-paced and live virtual training that explains complex software concepts clearly.
• Manage onboarding for the Client Care team and coordinate live sessions with Care managers.
• Develop webinars, videos, job aids, courses, and assessment tools for technical and soft-skills training.
• Apply audience analysis, storyboards, flowcharts, performance objectives, testing strategies, and learning activities throughout projects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and conduct internal reviews of learning materials.
• Continuously improve training content, processes, templates, and instructional tools, including through appropriate use of AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 4–5 years of experience as an instructional designer focused on eLearning, preferably in the software industry.
• Thorough knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, strategies, and techniques.
• Native proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Copilot, Camtasia, Snagit, Microsoft Office, Teams, or equivalent tools.
• Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM is required.
