Senior Instructional Designer (Learning Operations)

Location: Remote, USA; approximately 10% domestic and international travel required.

Salary: $116,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as a learning consultant for the Disputes Experience line of business and connect learning strategies to business metrics.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs, objectives, and performance opportunities.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, digital, self-paced, micro-learning, and social learning experiences.
• Create interactive course content using video, audio, simulations, games, branching scenarios, and assessments.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through data and metrics, then continuously improve agent skills and performance.
• Manage project plans, stakeholder responsibilities, timelines, risks, and external vendor partnerships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing multi-modal learning, including in-depth e-learning solutions, system simulations, and branching scenarios.
• Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies across multiple learning formats.
• Experience analyzing source material and creating design documents for developers.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate learning outputs while maintaining quality and business outcomes.
• Experience in agile and waterfall/ADDIE design environments, with strong data analysis and evaluation strategy skills.
• Experience with at least two learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, iSpring Suite, or Canva.

Nice to have

• Experience driving outcomes through vendor partnerships and contact centers.
• Graphic design, video production, and audio production skills.
