Instructional Designer (AI/Web3)

Location: Remote across the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, EMEA, Finland, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom. No onsite work is required; business-hours overlap across US time zones is required.

US base salary: $155,000–$175,000 annually. Compensation outside the United States may vary by geography; equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Design learning pathways across self-paced courses, live sessions, and scenario-based assessments for investigators, compliance teams, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Manage review cycles for certification programs, validating figures, citations, exam items, and regulatory content with subject-matter experts.
• Turn technical and regulatory expertise into clear courses, hands-on exercises, trainer toolkits, and product documentation.
• Own multilingual localization workflows, including first-draft translation, native-speaker review, and subject-matter expert sign-off.
• Use AI to draft content and assessment items while maintaining human verification and source accuracy.
• Build reusable content workflows and measure build-time savings, completion rates, and assessment outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of instructional design or curriculum development experience for adult learners.
• Portfolio of published, assessment-backed courses and experience working with a learning management system.
• Experience writing valid assessments and maintaining item banks.
• Ability to translate technical subject-matter content into structured curricula; familiarity with crypto, blockchain, compliance, or financial crime is valuable.
• Daily production use of AI for content drafting, assessment generation, research, and reusable workflow development.
• Excellent written communication and a record of owning courses end to end as the accountable owner.

• Experience with crypto, blockchain, compliance, investigations, or financial crime.
• Experience delivering or localizing training in multiple languages.
