Senior Learning Experience Designer

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week required in the San Ramon, San Francisco, or Dallas office

Salary: $58,100–$162,500 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Design and develop learning experiences, performance support tools, and sales enablement programs for global audiences.
• Lead projects through analysis, design, storyboarding, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Conduct needs analyses and translate business requirements into learning and performance strategies.
• Develop measurement plans to assess learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, program managers, and learning professionals.
• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives and influence senior stakeholders through adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, education, business, social sciences, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions, preferably for global sales or revenue-generating audiences.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Experience managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and measuring business impact.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and modern digital learning platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with three office days per week in San Ramon, San Francisco, or Dallas.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Docebo and the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Sales enablement or sales training experience.
• Experience using generative AI and emerging technologies to personalize learning and improve performance support.
• Experience applying WCAG and inclusive design practices to digital learning solutions.
