FP&A Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning across the business.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting, including budget-versus-actual analysis and forward-looking insights.
• Build and maintain models covering revenue, headcount, operating expenses, cash flow, and strategic initiatives.
• Track business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Customer Success, and HR on planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and the board while improving financial processes and tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with FP&A or BI systems.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, SaaS business models, and metrics including ARR, bookings, retention, churn, gross margin, CAC, and unit economics.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Professional-level English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Datarails, or similar FP&A and BI platforms.
• Experience supporting go-to-market or R&D organizations.
• Familiarity with subscription revenue modeling and SaaS metrics.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• CPA, MBA, or another relevant professional qualification.
