FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Maintain and evolve complex financial forecasting models.
• Build and enhance executive-level dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyze operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner directly with the client's CFO to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and develop a direct report.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, financial models, Power Query).
• Advanced Power BI experience (dashboard development and data visualization).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in Professional Services, Technology, or SaaS industries.
• Experience supporting Private Equity-backed organizations.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or SAP.
• Experience with M&A activities and financial due diligence.
